Growing Notes

• This is ‘pelleted’ seed, the actual seed is very small, and has been covered in a layer of clay to make it easier to handle. Only cover very lightly when sowing, preferably with vermiculite. 
• May need corralling to keep upright. 

Harvesting Notes

• Harvest when the small buds are just starting to open. With the white variety it is important to not leave too late, otherwise the flowers will be pollinated and turn brown very quickly.
