WORKSHOPS & EVENTS
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Before you enrol in a workshop or event, please make sure you are comfortable with, and agree with, our cancellation policy.
As we are a small business with limited spaces, if a participant cancels their place, for any reason, no refund or credit (including transfer to another workshop) will be given. Please do not make it awkward for us by requesting such a refund or credit. If you are unable to attend you are welcome to transfer your place to another participant. Please contact us and let us know details.
If Nourish Gardens cancels a workshop or event, a full refund will be provided, less any administration fee as specified. Please be aware that this may be for reasons beyond our control, such as extreme weather situations. Cancellation notices will be sent to the email provided for the booking.
All events have minimum number requirements. If minimum numbers are not met, the event will be cancelled. Nourish Gardens will give at least 5 days notice of cancelled events due to low numbers, via email. Please be aware of this when making other bookings (e.g. flights, accommodation) which may be affected by such a cancellation.
COVID-19 Terms & Conditions: Workshops and events will only take place when governmental guidelines and/or requirements are able to be met. If, after enrolment, workshops and events are cancelled due to new/changed requirements, or other restrictions deemed by Nourish Gardens to be relevant, a refund will provided, less $10 administration fee & credit card payment fees if incurred. If participants cancel, because of Covid-19 (but without a specific applicable health order), no refund or credit will be given. See first paragraph.

Fresh Flowers are a perishable product. From delivery they must be cared for if they are to have a long vase life. This includes changing the water frequently, and keeping out of direct sunlight and hot places. Different flowers will last for varying amounts of time.
FLOWER DELIVERY:
All efforts will be made to deliver flowers within the requested time, however occasionally this may not be possible. You will be contacted directly by Nourish Gardens to arrange an alternative time if needed.
