By purchasing from Nourish Gardens, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Before you enrol in a workshop or event, please make sure you are comfortable with, and agree with, our cancellation policy. As we are a small business with limited spaces, if a participant cancels their place, for any reason, no refund or credit will be given. Please do not make it awkward for us by requesting such a refund or credit. If you are unable to attend you are welcome to transfer your place to another participant. Please contact us and let us know details.
If Nourish Gardens cancels a workshop or event, a full refund will be provided, less any administration fee as specified.
COVID-19 Terms & Conditions: Workshops and events will only be open for enrolment, and take place, when there is no governmental physical distancing requirements in place. If, after enrolment, workshops and events are cancelled due to new physical distancing requirements, or other restrictions deemed by Nourish Gardens to be relevant, a refund will provided, less $10 administration fee. If participants cancel, because of Covid-19, no refund or credit will be given. See first paragraph.

Fresh Flowers are a perishable product. From delivery they must be cared for if they are to have a long vase life. Different flowers will last for varying amounts of time.
All efforts will be made to deliver flowers within the requested time, however occasionally this may not be possible. You will be contacted directly by Nourish Gardens to arrange an alternative time if needed.
